Step 2: Showroom visit

There is no substitute for calling in to the showroom to see our ranges in real life. We always encourage our customers to come see our displays in person where our expert team can answer all of the questions you have about our range of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the process itself.

Step 3: design consultation

We want to make sure that you’re getting exactly what your home needs. When you’re ready, you can meet with one of our designers in store or online to speak about your ideas. When you meet they’ll aim to get to know your lifestyle and how you’ve imagined life in your new space. The more we understand you, the better we’re able to create a design that’s just right for you – giving you a space that you’ll love for years to come.

Step 4: Your design

After the initial meeting, we'll produce a highly personalised design using the latest industry software. Stunning renders will give you a realistic impression of your future home, and we'll work closely with you to ensure that every detail is perfect. We understand the importance of personal relationships in making such a big decision, and we want to make the whole journey a luxurious experience. You can be confident that we'll take away the stress, leaving you to enjoy the excitement of seeing your dream home come to life.

Step 5: Quotation & Order confirmation

Once you're happy with your design, we'll produce a detailed quote for the kitchen furniture and appliances as well as a separate quote for the installation, so you can be confident that everything will be taken care of. Once confirmed, we'll send your personalised plan to be manufactured with your chosen supplier. Our furniture is built in the factory, so it arrives as solid cabinets built for long lasting quality. This means that you can be sure that your new kitchen will stand the test of time.

Step 6: Check Fit & Installation

Whilst your kitchen is being built we will pay you a visit to ensure everything is ready for fitting. We will double-check everything and make sure we have everything our installations teams need to know.

One of our installation teams will then quickly and professionally install your kitchen with minimal disruption to make the transition from old to new as pain-free as possible.
